Aside from the bright sounding, fresh new originals in the 2011 Life and Times album– produced by George Bradfute, you can also find former chart singles from the Capitol Album; “The Bottom Line”; “Unbelievable Love”,” The Wheel of Love”, and “Pony”.The album also features 3 songs that were the innovative stylings that hadn’t yet been heard publicly, from her trio of the Late 80’s: “Trinity Lane”– a Curb records endeavor.
The new (2017) Trinity Lane album release is much more of that session.
The Enchanted Trails album (2016) was mostly a collaboration with producer/arranger/co-writer/instrumentalist Chas Williams. The songs are airy and fanciful, even whimsical. A fresh approach. And, the album is graced by many gifted Nashville sidemen, as well as Canadian One Horse Blue co-writer and friend Michael Shellard.
Finally, “Calahoo” was Sharon’s first ever recording ( early 80’s), written about her home town in Alberta. She lived there until 1970, when they moved to the beautiful Okanagan valley in BC.
SHARON ANDERSON WAS RAISED IN THE CANADIAN NORTHWEST AND HER SONGS REFLECT A WILDERNESS BORN OF BOTH SPIRIT AND OUTER MAJESTY. REAL CANADIAN COUNTRY.
